Eligibility: Raffle is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Limitations on Entries: Limit two entries per person.
Entry Period: Entries begin on December 9, 2022 at 12:00 AM CST and close on January 28th, 2023 at 11:59 AM CST. Winner will be randomly chosen on January 28th, 2023 at 12:00 PM CST
How to Enter: Participants will receive one (1) entry at Booth #755 at the 2023 NADA Expo for prescheduling a demo with a Car Wars employee prior to the 2023 NADA Expo. Participants will receive one (1) additional entry at Booth #755 for completing a demo of any Car Wars feature or solution, including GoTo Connect. Participants will be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for notification purposes. No purchase is necessary. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize of $7,000 will be awarded to the winner in the form of a check, and $700 will be awarded in the form of a Cavender's Physical Gift Card. Prize will be mailed to winner via United States Postal Service. Prize is valued at $7,700. Prize is non-transferrable.
Drawing: Winner will be selected via random drawing and notified via email within one (1) hour of drawing. Winner will be mailed a check in the amount of $7,000, and a Cavender's Physical Gift Card in the amount of $700, upon confirmation of his/her mailing address. Inability of sponsor to contact winner by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at sponsor's discretion. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible participants.
