Car Wars Demo at NADA 2025!
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DEMO COMPLETION PRIZE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE DEMO COMPLETION PRIZE. PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A VALID CONTRACT WITH CAR WARS OR GOTO DURING NADA 2025 (JANUARY 24, 2025 — JANUARY 26, 2025) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CONTRACT SIGNED PRIZE.
Eligibility: Promotion is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Participants must be decision makers of automotive dealerships.
Limitations on Entries: One demo completion prize per dealership group. One contract signed prize per dealership group.
Promotion Period: Promotion begins on January 24, 2025 at 8:00 AM CST and ends on January 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. All winners will receive prizes based on randomized games.
How to Enter: Participants will receive one (1) prize upon completing a full demo of Car Wars, GoTo, or any Car Wars feature or solution at booth #4001. Participants will be asked to play a randomizer computer game to determine their prize. Participants will receive one (1) prize upon signing a contract with Car Wars or GoTo at booth #4001. Participants will be asked to play a game of Plinko to determine their prize. Various prizes may not be available at NADA 2025 and will be shipped directly to the participant. Participants may be asked to provide basic contact information, including name, street address, phone number, and email address for shipping purposes.
Prize: Demo completion prizes are valued between $25 - $250, depending on the randomized prize won. Contract signed prizes are valued between $250-$500, depending on the randomized prize won.
Odds: Odds of winning specific prizes will depend upon the number of eligible participants and odds of game.
General Terms: Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any participant at any time. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
