Enhancements to Search for a Call

The Search for a Call page has new visual and practical updates to make it easier to find the calls you’re looking for.
In addition to cleaner visuals, you can now:
- Search for a customer phone number in less clicks (at the top left of the Search page)
- Filter to show only calls you have not seen or that no users have yet seen
- Filter to show only inbound or outbound calls
- Find any unassigned calls by selecting Unassigned under Agents
Additionally, users with access to more than one account can now select the account(s) to pull calls from the Search for a Call page.
