into four easy and approachable categories.<\/li><li>We restructured the data into four easy and approachable categories:\u00a0<i>Interactions, Reports, Staff Profiles, and Tracking Lines.<\/i><\/li><li>We introduced the\u00a0<i>Interactions<\/i>\u00a0section, which highlights the calls your team members are interacting with and includes a link to the call.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"indent\"><ul class=\"ulist\"><li>The interactions we&#8217;re now reporting on include:<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"indent\"><ul class=\"ulist\"><li><b>Added Note to Call<\/b><\/li><li><b>Listened to Call<\/b><\/li><li><b>Modified Call Review<\/b><\/li><li><b>Shared Call<\/b><\/li><li><b>Logins<\/b><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><ul class=\"ulist\"><li>Making this report downloadable for
