Car Wars has made some new and exciting enhancements with our DealerSocket integration!
The following updates can be started with assistance from Car Wars. Contact your Car Wars consultant to enable set up.
1 Enhancements to share inbound and outbound texts into DealerSocket as a worknote.
Prior to this update, inbound texts could only be shared into DealerSocket as phone calls. Now you can read the entire text conversation with a customer within the worknote of an opportunity — allowing further communication with customers to be captured.
2 Customer’s name and lead status now displayed on Car Wars call details.
NOTE! To access these features, the following DealerSocket API addendums must first be approved:
- Customer Search
- Direct Post for Call Vendors with Work Note Update
- Sales Opportunity Update
- Work Note Insert
- Event/Opportunity Search
