Cassie Broemmer is the Chief Revenue Officer for Car Wars. She is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong partnerships with our dealer clients and partners, leveraging both the Car Wars Consulting and Sales teams. Cassie ran the Marketing and CRM divisions for Van Tuyl Group, the nation’s largest privately held automotive group, for 11 years. She then led the marketing efforts to rebrand the group to Berkshire Hathaway Automotive when it was acquired in 2015. With twenty-two years in the automotive industry, she served as a district sales manager with AutoTrader.com and held positions as a regional sales manager, national sales trainer, national accounts director, and director of CRM sales at Who’s Calling, Inc.
April Simmons is the Corporate Internet and Marketing Director for Horne Auto Group located in Gilbert, AZ. April oversees all aspects of the Internet sales departments, Processes, and training. April also oversees all aspects of the Marketing for the metro stores including strategy, implementation, and results analysis.
April grew up in NE where she started in Automotive in 1997 working on the banking side. April moved to sunny AZ in 1999 where she transitioned to the retail automotive space and has been there ever since. April has worked in every sales management role including Finance Manager, Retail Desk Manager, Internet Director, GSM and GM prior to moving into her current position in 2018.
Dennis Gingrich is a seasoned automotive industry veteran who’s been driving success for over two and a half decades. As Sales & Finance Director for The Niello Company and COO of AutoFiPro, he’s navigated the winding roads of the automotive industry with expert precision. Renowned for his ability to build high-performing teams, Dennis has fostered a culture where collaboration and growth are the fuel that drives results. His unique blend of strategic thinking and data-driven insights has transformed The Niello Company into a Northern California destination for top talent.
With a track record that includes conquering the complexities of a DMS conversion, supercharging F&I profits, and streamlining sales and finance processes, Dennis is no stranger to challenges. Joseph Cajas is a renowned leader and entrepreneur in the automotive industry with nearly 30 years of experience in innovation and strategic marketing. His career began in 1996, with significant roles at World Car Center, Red McCombs Ford, and AutoNation. Since December 2020, he has served as the General Manager of Covert Ford Lincoln in Austin, Texas, maintaining its position as the top Ford dealership in Central Texas. Joseph’s marketing prowess was showcased during his 2007-2017 tenure at Cox Enterprises, where he managed a $13 million annual budget. In 2017, he founded the Cajas Digital Agency, followed by Turnkey Social LLC in 2020, both delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions. Recognized for his industry insights, he serves on the Dealer Advisory Councils for TrueCar and CarGurus. Based in Austin, Joseph is committed to supporting the Hispanic community and mentoring future industry leaders, continually advancing automotive marketing and dealership excellence.
Named as one of the top 5 influencers changing the auto industry today by Automotive News, Kevin has been a leader with auto subscription, Google Analytics, and digital retailing – to include buying 100% online. Kevin was a Naval Aviator for 8 years, flying over 200 combat hours in Desert Storm. He has used the leadership skills he learned in the Navy to keep the Wyler Family at the front edge of automotive eCommerce.
With 25 years in the Automotive Industry and 18 years operational consulting experience, Jake Hales has experience ranging from retail sales, OEM consulting, vendor sales and software implementation to Operational Consulting. Clients have included Lithia, AutoNation, Hertz, Larry H. Miller, and Toyota. Jake frequently sits on Vendor Advisory Boards and speaks at industry conferences. Today, Jake actively implements corporate initiatives store-to-store with Gee Automotive Companies. Jake enjoys swimming and RVing with his wife of 25 years and 2 sons.
